As a Beatles fan since 1964, it was for sure a day in the life.
They did a sound check the night before, also. We were standing at the gate, there were about 8 mounted security guys, two of which were out in the middle of the empty field. I noticed every few minutes they would rotate so they all got a private concert experience.

What changed other than putting MMJ as the closer on Saturday? Just wondering what he said that made you make that change as well.
My only comments would be:
1) No music until 5 on Thursday?
2) I think (or at least hope) Charles Bradkey will get more than 30 minutes. Did any artists get that short of a set last year other than the contest winners?

And yeah just nitpicking on set time stuff because there's not much else to nitpick, looks really accurate to me at least based on everything. The MMJ thing doesn't really surprise me.

1. How do you know Umph's will play Thursday? They haven't officially listed a date on their website,
and with Ween being confirmed as Thursday's headliner, i highly doubt Umphs plays 2nd fiddle to
Ween on a Thursday nt. festival date. Therefore i see Umphs playing another night.
2. Donna the Buffalo will most likely not play after Galactic or White Denim.
Galactic and White Denim are in a class above Donna the Buffalo, therefore will probably play after Donna.
Btw White Denim's new album is fantastic, get it - stream it & play it loud.
3. Can't see Gary Clark playing a 2pm set, while Circles around the Sun plays a 530 set?
No way. Gary is huge right now, he'll be playing a pre headliner set.

Agree about Donna the Buffalo, they're too high on that mock schedule. As far as Umphrey's though, you're right we don't really know where they'll be yet. But it's just a mock schedule and you have to put them somewhere. I think Thursday is a good bet based on everything else.

I think JRAD is a confirmed Fri & Sat night.
What happens if I take both?

I really wish they'd have a Sunday late night too, particularly last year I was very surprised that they didn't somehow get someone to do it. I wonder if there is a noise ordinance or some sort of thing like that preventing them from doing it or if they just don't want to?

Remember, this isn't a mock schedule for days and especially not earlier set times. It is just for the purposes of seeing how many of the various categories, ie headliner (last 4 bands every day), late night, early morning or daytime, slots are still open.
1) Nobody "knows" what day UM will play yet. But they occupy one of the "headliner" spots on some day so might as well be Thurs.
2) Again, not predicting order of appearance. While I agree that Donna will probably play earlier, for this exercise Donna, Galactic and White Denim are all equivalent. That is, they aren't headliners, early morning or late night. They are all daytime acts.
3) I love Gary Clark but he isn't getting a headliner slot. Circles live is the kind of one off thing that could get one of the headliner slots just because of how unique it is.

Whoever else the add is just icing.
I find it hard to believe that others thing this lineup is weak. But, whatever makes the world go round I suppose.

Clearly with 4 prime slots taken up by Phish, if you genuinely don't like them, you will probably be more inclined to go with a different festival.

There better be something spectacular to come. I'm glad I'm getting the lineup I want at Peach.
