They've also put out a daily newspaper thing in the past that I would assume may have that day's schedule in it.

So you are adding Little Feat, NRPS, SCI 2-3x, SCI Incident, moe., Phil, & Insert Big Name Here? That is 8-9 more sets?
Looking back at the revised original post and past lineups, if we say the last 4 sets every day (16 total not including latenight) count as headliner then there are 6 more slots to be filled. We already have Phish 4x, MMJ, Ween 2x, Umphrey's, CRB & TTB for 10 so far. Possibly the Circles set counts for 11. So 5-6 more are possible. I had thought there were fewer open but that sounds reasonable.

Then I guess I would add Santana, RatDog, Phil, moe., TTB/Janis Joplin or something and especially a crazy collaboration that hasn't been thought of yet like MDE or JA last year.
But I don't see just a single Phil set. I don't think he even gets out of bed for less than a 2 night run. And honestly, I don't want to see him do another 2 sets there. So with no WSP (no they aren't playing), no SCI (east coast saturation theory), no DMB (just no) I guess Mule is a possibility so...

I dunno. He just played central PA for the first time. He might be slumming it.
Personally speaking , I'd rather not see a big act I just saw four months ago. He played some real head scratchers, too.

Paul McCartney would definitely be a wow. Although I don't see it financially.
Maybe The Who or Rolling Stones. Those would be a wow from the "I didn't see that coming" angle, but not so much from the "I can't wait to see that" view.
Head Cheese Incident would be a WOW, but maybe only w/ David Byrne? Not sure a Harrison/Weymouth, String Cheese would be a WOW. (it would be for me, but maybe not for the audience in general).
Dead and Company, as much as I would like to see them there, would not qualify as a WOW for me. I've seen them, seeing them again this summer.
I think Further might qualify as a WOW. Could we see a Further reunion?
David Gilmour, would he be a Wow?
Anyway, that's all I've got. Maybe I'm getting cynical, or inured from the fantastic lineups they have put together. I'm just having a hard time coming to WOW.

A Talking Cheese Incident (I like that name better) would be awesome but is doubtful with the possibility of Cheese looking slim to none. I think a Furthur reunion would only be a wow in terms of unexpectedness but I love Furthur so that would make me freak. While it would be great for bucket list purposes to see McCartney/Stones/Who I'm not the biggest fan of any of those and I just don't see them booking Phish and one of those acts without charging $500 a ticket. I sincerely hope Frey isn't just BSing us with this "freak out" talk and more likely than not it will be something none of us predicted. I don't think anyone had Airplane and Cocker predictions before those announcements last year.
