Kid starting middle school is a legit reason to skip out on Bob & the Avetss tho. After moe of course. And I am really intrigued by Phil.moe. It is either going to be transcendent or an ill conceived train wreck. You should be able to tell after the first few chords. And congrats on getting a kid all the way thru to middle school.

I couldn't agree more Jeff. I just hope like hell Phil only joins moe. for a song or two. No train wrecks, and please let moe play: Wormwood, Opium, okayalright, Deep This Time, ZOZ & Plane Crash!

Mostly agree...but the shows that they played this past weekend at the Capital were very strong.

I'd like to listen to that one too...my list is growing longer.  I understand Robert Randolph made his debut w/ P&F and I'd like to see that.

I think something like Phil.Moe is the best way these days.  A band that already has cohesion and feel with Phil sitting in.

Agreed otherwise it seems to be the luck of the draw. If I find the show I will post a link.

Bill, I agree that Phil doesn't add anything, but he has ways to subtract. After all, he's just a bass player (but he wanders near microphones). Let's hope moe. keeps him contained the way he did Santana.

Did anyone see the whole Dead and co is scheduled for Thursday of lockn. I don't post here often and I don't know how to upload pictures. My friend sent me a screenshot of Dead and co on ticketmaster and it showed lockn as the last date. Any more info?
