I'm glad to see that we have new members joining in the conversation. Look forward to meeting as many of you as possible at this years festival. Just wanted to take a minute to remind everyone of the few rules that are in place. I don't like to be heavy-handed at all and you guys do a great job of policing yourselves but I want to make sure that we stay true to Dylan's wishes and intents when he created this community for us.
Welcome to Lockn' Forum - the unofficial online gathering place of the Lockn' Music Festival!
In the spirit of festival culture, we will do our best to limit the amount of rules and restrictions placed on this forum. You should be generally capable of policing yourselves. We simply ask that you follow basic message board etiquette - please make sure that you create threads in the appropriate subforum, try to avoid creating redundant threads, and do not post links to anything illegal.
There is one basic tenant of this forum:
Behave here the way you would at the actual festival. The members of this board are your friends, neighbors, and colleagues - treat them that way.
Actually, make that two tenants of this forum:
Don't use this forum to try to sell your extra tickets.
"For Sale" threads will be deleted without notice. Members are welcome to use the In Search Of subforum (http://lockn.proboards.com/board/15/search-iso) if they are looking for ticket packages or camping passes that are already sold out. See: lockn.proboards.com/thread/722/rules-read-before-posting-subforum for additional details on the ISO subforum rules.
Otherwise, have fun, participate, and encourage discussion - Lockn' is only in its second year and we all have lots of questions! Hopefully, together, we can find the answers.

However, we recognize that there is a need within the community for things like RV passes, which are now sold out for 2014. We do not want to undermine the business of the festival in any capacity; thus, we've created these basic rules:
Rule Number One:
This is not an open marketplace. You are not allowed to post anything "For Sale" on this board.
Rule Number Two:
In Search Of (ISO) threads may only be started for ticket packages and camping passes that are SOLD OUT from the official Lockn' site.
Rule Number Three:
Please conduct your business via Private Message and/or e-mail. Do not reply to ISO posts with offers directly in the thread.
Rule Number Four:
If you find whatever you were searching for, please edit or delete your thread as a courtesy to your fellow board members.
Any post or thread that violates the rules listed above will be deleted immediately.
Please note: We maintain absolutely no liability for any transactions that are negotiated through this forum. If you choose to buy or sell something from another board member, do so with caution and be aware that you may not have any recourse if the other party does not fulfill their end of the exchange.
