Lookin for a place to crash Wednesday night

Hello family!! I am Hollie and I am coming into town Thursday early am from SC with my boyfran. We are driving through the night at this point but would much rather leave Wednesday mid morning and crash somewhere close to the venue on Wednesday night instead of driving all night. If you have floor space, a yard to pitch a tent in a shower for one last one before the fest we would be forever grateful. We are great people and would love to stay with like minded folks who are also going to Lockn. Hope to hear from you soon, if not see ya on the farm. Peace and Love!

Wed. night camping is located about 35 minutes south of the venue. It is not at my place but I can put you in touch with the fella offering up the spots if you so desire and you two can work out the details. Let me know.

There is also a wayside about 10 miles north of the venue on 29, but I can't say whether the local constabulary will be cool or not. Being a public place I suggest being discrete. and of course pick up your trash.

Great free campground about 45 minutes from lookin' on route 60 west of Amherst, its called Oronoco campground or CC Camp. Campground is in the National forest just of the blue ridge parkway. Nice swimming hole about a mile away called Staton's creek falls. I'm making it my base camp for the camper Labor Day wknd leading upto the festival.

Love Staton's Creek Falls and CC camp, been going there for almost 40 years.
