Rider VIP restriction

One thing the drivers/riders should be aware of:

Last year they said if you were a VIP car, and if any passenger in the car was not VIP when you arrive, you'd get turned away--the whole car.  I don't know if they are doing the same this year, so look for it so you won't get an ugly surprise.  Plus I don't know if they enforced it--they were laid back when I arrived Friday but there were no lines, either.   or exactly what they would do to you.

I was VIP so I reckoned that if I picked up a hitchhiker I'd just drop her off at the walk-in gate before getting to mine, then drive off singing "I know you rider...".  But my car was so stuffed (I don't travel light but I have an exquisite camp site!) I couldn't have picked anyone up anyway.  Not even on the roof.

Or did anyone encounter this and see what they did?

Whew...Based on the title of your thread I thought that they had put a weight limit on VIP shoulder rides. I wasn't sure if I was going to have to hit the gym to drop some lbs quickly or not. OK, back to my beer.

As a VIP you should not have to worry about your weight. We can assign someone from GA to do your worrying for you.

As a VIP you should not have to worry about your weight. We can assign someone from GA to do your worrying for you.

Is there a list of things GA'ers will be available to worry about? This could greatly reduce stress levels for the VIP.

My sisters and nieces are going GA so I will get them right on it. Good to have friends in low places; even better to have family there!
