Lockn' App has Hot Tuna scheduled to start at 12:30, the schedule on the official site has them starting at 12:00.
If the 12:00 is true oh man am I glad I just saw Petty...I will miss any amount of Petty for Tuna
It is going to be hard to get in tight at the triangle with the exodus from the main stage.

I've found four different schedules:
> The schedule in the app - (listed in the first post of this thread)
> The graphic schedule on the Lockn' website - www.locknfestival.com/lineup/schedule-2014.html
> The Shakedown Stage Schedule - www.locknfestival.com/docs/2014-Lockn-Shakedown-Area-Schedule.pdf
> The Triangle Stage Schedule - www.locknfestival.com/docs/2014-Lockn-Triangle-Sched.pdf
Here are the discrepancies that I've noted:
Keller Williams' Grateful Grass/Gospel
Lockn' App = 11:00 - 11:45
Triangle Schedule = 11:00 - 12:00
Hot Tuna Acoustic
Lockn' App = 12:30 - 1:30
Graphic Schedule = 12:00 - ?
Triangle Schedule = 12:00 - 1:00
(also worth noting that, according the Lockn' app, Tom Petty is scheduled to play until 12:30)
Dumpstaphunk / Chris Robinson Brotherhood / Bustle in Your Hedgerow
Lockn' App = 1:00 - 2:30
Shakedown Schedule = 1:00 - 2:00 (on all three nights, the "Deer Clan Dancers" are scheduled to perform from 2:00 to 3:00)
(Not sure if this is noteworthy or not, but many of the performance times listed on the Triangle Schedule have an asterisk next to them. No indication what the asterisk means, but all three latenight sets have one.)
I'm sorry, but we're entirely too close to the festival to have this much conflicting information out there. Surely the schedule has been finalized by now. Even if the schedule is still being adjusted, is it unreasonable to ask that they at least give us consistent information?
I really hope that:
a) The lengthier set times are correct.
b) They get this straight before Wednesday.
Like everyone else, I'm really excited for this festival, and I'm not trying to bring about a bunch of pessimism this close to the event. But I was rather upset when I opened up the Shakedown Schedule today and saw Dumpstaphunk, CRB, and Bustle all slated for one-hour sets with Deer Dancing following them at 2:00 am.

Last year they didn't give us paper schedules at the gate. I wouldn't plan on that. The app was my schedule through the fest last year.

I've actually been to a good number of music festivals and the way I operate, the timing of the schedule is vital to my decision making. I don't need to plan the weekend down to the minute, but (especially with a multi-stage festival) I like to have accurate information so that I can make informed decisions.
In the last ten years, the only time I've worn a watch has been at music festivals. You suggested that I just hang at the main stage until the music ends, then head to a side stage. But, at least in my case, the Shakedown and Triangle sets are some of my most highly anticipated shows. If the main stage runs beyond the scheduled times (as it did last year), I could end up missing entire Triangle shows if I follow your advice.
If you can roll the whole weekend without a schedule, more power to you, but I actually need to know what time bands are performing so that I can maximize my festival experience.
If Hot Tuna is starting at 12:00, I might opt to leave Tom Petty early to catch their set. If I get there and find they actually start at 12:30, then I will have skipped a significant portion of a headliner's set for no reason.
Whatever the schedule actually looks like, I'll accept it and make the best of the weekend. However, I don't think it is wrong to be frustrated with the fact that they've published conflicting schedules just a few days before the festival.

Exactly.
Everyone seemed pretty happy that the latenight sets didn't overlap with each other, so I didn't want to keep railing on this when the schedule was released, but having the Triangle start at 12:00 is brutal. Sets might not "overlap," but people are still going to have to make difficult choices.
Hypothetically, even if these headliners end exactly on time, the massive crowd exiting the venue is going to hold people up. If you stay for all of String Cheese and the Gang, you're going to miss at least a third of Taj Mahal.

I don't see them being overly crowded myself...tons of people will crash after the mainstage or just not make it to the triangle...and tons of people will definitely crash after the triangle stage is done...
your point is certainly valid. I'm just picturing half of the main stage crowd at the triangle. seems like it would be pretty full, even if only half the people are there. At peachfest, after the allman bros played saturday night, lotus played on a smaller stage about a 10-15 min walk away. we left the allman bros well after the crowd had dispersed. when we got to lotus, it was impossible to move, and they started at midnight.
